The Board's Agenda Request Form is designed to help clarify your issue or request, enhancing the decision-making process for everyone. Copies of the form are available at Town Offices, or can be downloaded from the link below.
The Town Administrator schedules agenda requests. To have your matter considered at a regular meeting of the Board, complete and submit the Agenda Request Form by noon on the Wednesday that precedes the next business meeting. Business meetings are held every other Monday evening at 5:30 p.m. Please check the Selectmen’s Meeting Schedule for the dates.
The Town Administrator must receive all related documents or supplementary material no later than the end of the Wednesday that precedes the next business meeting. If it is necessary to investigate or develop background material prior to bringing your matter before the Selectmen, there may be a delay in scheduling.
