Elections
The Town Clerk and the Deputy Town Clerk serve as Election Officials administrating statutory election procedures.  The Clerk’s office becomes a “hub” of activity during an election process, facilitating everything from ballot counting and control, absentee ballot requests, preparing official election results, and accepting voter registrations on behalf of the Supervisors of the Checklist.  You can register to vote in the Clerk’s office during regular business hours up until 10 days before an election, otherwise you will have to register to vote at the polls on Election Day. You must be 18 years of age or older on Election Day to be able to register to vote.
