(This poster does not apply if you have phone access)!! Please take one per household.

To help police, fire and rescue to quickly figure out who needs help in a disaster where telephones and power are out.
WHEN SHOULD YOU POST THIS SIGN?
In a disaster where telephones and power are out -- if you need help from police, fire or rescue, place this sign with the RED HELP side showing. Check if you can see it from the road!
If you do not need help and are OK during a disaster, place this sign with the GREEN OK side showing.
WHERE SHOULD YOU POST THIS SIGN?
Place this sign in your front window closest to your front door or on the front door itself.
Donít forget to put the sign up in a disaster ñ it save precious time for police, fire and rescue.
Keep the sign by your front door so you remember to show it during a disaster.
Do not display the poster unless there is a disaster.
