timely manner.  Responsibilities
include but are not limited to
recording and transcribing minutes, posting agendas and organizing
and maintaining document files.  Applicant should be proficient with applications such as Word and
Excel.  This position is open until
filled.  Hourly wage is
commensurate with experience.

an After School Program Direct
care staff for its After School
Program located at the George
B. White Building.

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the
After School Supervisor the
candidate will be responsible
for direct care of the after school participants.  Including, but not
limited to supervising study time,
snack time, physical activities, and special activities. Candidate will
also be    responsible for program cleanliness, daily documentation,
and communication with families
and other staff.

Must be available between the
hours of 2pm and 6 pm Monday
through Friday, or at least some
of the days between Monday and
Friday

Opportunity to work longer days
and longer hours during school
vacation weeks, teacher workshops
and summer camp may also be
available.

Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree preferably in
the field of Child Care, teaching, or recreation.
First Aid and CPR certified
Must be able to lift between 20-40
lbs
Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Conservation Commission

The Deerfield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in accordance with RSA 36-A:4, for the purpose of accepting public input about the
purchase of the ~178 acre Edythe H. Boisvert property, Dow Road, Map 404 Lot 002, as a Town Forest under conservation easement.  The public hearing will be held on March 12, 2012

sealed bids for paving the following: Approximately 4200 x 20 feet of Meetinghouse Hill road. Grind, grade compact and pave 2 1/2 binder.
Apply a thin mix, 1/2 inch compacted overlay with a latex modified asphalt
on the following roads. Approximately 5700 x 20 feet on Church Street,
5450 x 20 feet of Mountain Road,
and approximately 5700 x 20 feet of Meetinghouse Hill Road. 5%
performance bond may be required. Paving is to be done per New
Hampshire DOT Standard
Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction section 401, 3.2
through 3.9 using a type “B” base.  Pricing is to be per ton, in-place
machine paving.  Price is to include driveway tie-ins as needed.  Please

Paint Transfer Station Superstructure

The Town of Deerfield will be accepting sealed bids for the sandblasting,
priming, and top coating of the steel superstructure and canopy at the Deerfield Transfer Station. Work to
be completed by August 1, 2012.
Scope of work includes but is not
limited to: Tenting of steel
superstructure and canopy,
sandblasting, cleanup of all debris
caused from sandblasting steel superstructure and canopy, priming,
and applying a top coating of the steel superstructure and canopy. Complete scope of work will be further defined
at a mandatory site visit at the
