Vial of Life Program

The Vial of Life is a program that allows individuals to have their complete medical information ready in their home for emergency personnel to reference during an emergency. We know how difficult an emergency can be to family and loved ones in the community.

Important information can sometimes be forgotten in a stressful situation. This program is used to provide the patient’s medical information when a patient is not able to speak or remember this information.

Vial of Life programs are commonly used by Senior citizens, but this life saving program can be used by anyone in need. The decals, medical information forms, and other materials can be obtained by contacting any rescue member or you can call the Fire Station at 463-7721.
