Road Name Approval Steps

1. Click on “Request for Naming Roads” for a PDF.  You may print the form and fill it out by hand.
2. Submit the completed form to the Board of Selectmen to be reviewed at their next meeting. Form may be submitted or mailed to the Town Administrator:

1. Applicant will receive confirmation of scheduled review date by the Board of Selectmen.
2. If the road naming request is approved, the form will be sent to the Planning Board and the applicant will be notified of the date that their plans will be reviewed by the Planning Board.
