Description:

The Town of Deerfield is seeking sealed bids for paving the following:

  • Nottingham Road: from #14 to #99, approximately 22’ in width; overlay with 1 ”of ” top.
  • Pleasant Hill: 6,000’ by 24’ wide; overlay with 1 ” of ” top.
  • Coffeetown Road: start at Route 43 and go approximately 2,300’ by 20’ wide; overlay with 1” of ” top.
  • 5% performance bond may be required. Paving is to be done per New Hampshire DOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction section 401, 3.2 through 3.9 using a type “B” base. Pricing is to be per ton, in-place machine paving. Price is to include driveway tie-ins as needed. Please mark bid envelope “PAVING”.

All bids must be received by the Board of Selectmen’s Office located at 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037 by no later than Monday, April 17, 2017 by 2:00 pm. The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
