Description:

The Town of Deerfield is seeking sealed bids for paving the following:

  • Mt. Delight Road, approximately 1,056’ x 23’; Grind and Pave Base 2 ”.
  • Cotton Road, approximately 2,112’ x 24’; Grind and Pave Base 2 ”.
  • South Road, approximately 3,168’ x 24’; Shim and Overlay 1 ”; ” Top.
  • Range Road, approximately 7,392’ x 23’; Shim and Overlay 1 ”; Top.

5% performance bond may be required. Paving is to be done per New Hampshire DOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction section 401, 3.2 through 3.9 using a type “B” base. Pricing is to be per ton, in-place machine paving. Price is to include driveway tie-ins as needed. Please mark bid envelope “PAVING”. All bids must be received by the Board of Selectmen’s Office located at 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037 by no later than Monday, April 16, 2018 by 2:00 pm. The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Any additional paving must be done within a timely manner.
