TOWN OF DEERFIELD 

INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Deerfield is seeking sealed bids for road reconstruction materials and processed gravel, per ton delivered and picked up.  1 ½, 3/4 inch processed gravel, 3 inch minus bank run, 1 1/2 , 3/4 and 6 inch minus erosion stone.  Materials are to be delivered to various job sites within the Town of Deerfield.  Processed gravels must meet all current NHDOT standards as outlined in the New Hampshire Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Please mark bid envelope, “RECONSTRUCTION MATERIALS”.  All bids must be received by the Board of Selectmen’s Office located at 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037 by no later than Wednesday, April 24, 2019 by 2:00 pm. The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
