2021- Town Salt Shed Addition - 14 - 02


TOWN OF DEERFIELD  
INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Deerfield is seeking sealed bids for constructing an addition to the existing salt shed at the Highway Department.  Drawings and specifications are available to interested bidders upon request.

The completed addition will be approximately 16' x 34'.  The foundation walls have already been poured.  The Town is looking for a builder to complete the supporting walls and roof.  Contractors are encouraged to visit the site to examine the existing concrete as we believe it was poured out of square to the existing building.

The complete scope of work will be further defined on a mandatory bidder's phone call with the Facility Supervisor, Raymond Ellis, who can be reached at 603-463-8811, ext. 330.

Bids will only be accepted from bidders who have a mandatory bidder's phone call.


BID SUBMISSION (REQUIRED)

"    Provide proof of current liability insurance with the Bid.  
"    Please mark each bid envelope clearly with: "2021- Town Salt Shed Addition - 14 - 02"
 

All bids must be received at the Board of Selectmen's Office by no later than Wednesday, November 3, 2021 by 2:00 pm.  Mail all sealed bids to "Board of Selectmen", 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037.
   
"    Bids shall be opened and read aloud at the November 8, 2021 meeting of the Board of Selectmen.  
"    No bidder may withdraw a Bid within 30 days of the actual date of bid opening.
"    A conditional or qualified Bid will not be accepted.
"    The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
