TOWN OF DEERFIELD 

INVITATION TO BID

 

The Deerfield Board of Selectmen in conjunction with the Deerfield School Board is seeking bids for propane gas, for the 2024-2025 season, June 1 – May 30, for approximately 4,750 gallons of propane for Town buildings and 5,500 gallons for the Deerfield School District Building. Questions concerning the Town may be directed to Ray Ellis, Facility Supervisor at 603-463-8811, ext. 330. Questions concerning the school may be directed to Chris Koufos, Director of Facilities at 603-463-7422.

 

 

Bid Submission

 

  • Please mark each bid envelope clearly with:

 

 “2024- Town of Deerfield- Town Propane Gas – 08”

 

 

 

All bids must be received at the Board of Selectmen’s Office by no later than Wednesday, April 8, 2024 by 2:00 pm.  Mail all sealed bids to “Board of Selectmen”, 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037.   

 

  • Bids shall be opened and read aloud at the April 8, 2024 meeting of the Board of Selectmen.   
  • No bidder may withdraw a Bid within 30 days of the actual date of bid opening.
  • A conditional or qualified Bid will not be accepted.
  • The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
