INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Deerfield Fire Rescue will receive sealed bids until no later than 2:00 pm, prevailing time, September 18, 2023, at the Town of Deerfield 8 Raymond Road PO Box 159 Deerfield NH 03037; Attn John Harrington Town Administrator. Please reference BID 23-DFR-ENGINE-TANKER. For the purpose of building a custom Engine-Tanker truck to include all necessary labor, equipment, and materials as outlined in the full specifications for the Town of Deerfield Fire Rescue Department listed below. Shortly thereafter, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town of Deerfield Board of Selectman meeting room during a regularly schedule meeting. The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to waive defects in form and minor irregularities and to reject any or all bids determined to be in the best interest of the Town of Deerfield. The Board of Selectmen has the right to accept bids that can be proven to be equal to the building of a Engine – Tanker for the Town of Deerfield.
