TOWN OF DEERFIELD
INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Deerfield is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a Backstop and Fencing on the Hartford Brook Field. The specifics of each job are below:

Backstop

  • Supply and install I - 16' x 16' x 16'x 12'-0" high galvanized chain link fence with 6' overhang
  • Backstop to consist of 3 " verticals with 1-5/8 " top, bottom and mid rail
  • Fabric to be 2 " x 9 gauge aluminized wire
  • All SS40 piping
  • All posts set in 4'-0" deep concrete footings

Fence: #1

  • Supply and install 80LF of 6'-0" high galvanized chain link fence.
  • Fence to have 2-1/2" terminals, 2" lines, l-5/8" top rail with bottom tension wire.
  • Fabric to be 2" x 9 gauge aluminized wire
  • Supply and install 2 - 4' wide walk gates.
  • All SS40 piping
  • All posts set in 4' deep concrete footings

Fence: #2

  • Supply and install 452LF of 4'-0" high galvanized chain link fence
  • Fence to have 2-1/2" terminals, 2" lines, l-5/8" top rail with bottom tension wire
  • Fabric to be 2 " x 9 gauge aluminized wire
  • Supply and install 2 - 4' wide walk gates
  • Supply and install 1 - 12' double drive gates.
  • All SS40 piping
  • All posts set in 4' deep concrete footings

Please mark each bid envelope clearly with, “2017- Parks & Recreation – Hartford Brook Backstop & Fencing - 08”. All bids must be received at the Board of Selectmen’s Office by no later than Friday, September 22, 2017 by 2:00 pm. Mail all sealed bids to “Board of Selectmen”, 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037. The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
