2019 –TOWN OF DEERFIELD  
INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Deerfield is seeking sealed bids for partial roof replacement on the George B White Building, to include the following:

•    Replace 2 sections of the roof; approximate area 5,538 sq. ft.
•    Work bid to include:
o    Remove and dispose of the rubber and the ½” insulation board that is toggled down.
o    Replace with ½” HD plus insulation board to the tectum deck with proper fasteners.
o    Install replacement roof system. Minimum of 0.60 mil thick rubber.
o    Replace existing roof drains.
o    Flash all penetrations and walls as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
o    Fabricate and install new aluminum drip edge.
o    Supply manufacturer’s 15 year total system warranty.

BID SUBMISSION

•    Provide proof of current liability insurance with the Bid.
•    Please mark each bid envelope clearly with:

 “2019 - George B White Building; Roof Replacement - 10”
 

All bids must be received at the Board of Selectmen’s Office by no later than Wednesday, May 22, 2019 by 2:00 pm.  Mail all sealed bids to “Board of Selectmen”, 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037.    

•    Bids shall be opened and read aloud at the May 27, 2019 meeting of the Board of Selectmen.    
•    No bidder may withdraw a Bid within 30 days of the actual date of bid opening.
•    A conditional or qualified Bid will not be accepted.
•    The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
