Deerfield Police Station

The Town of Deerfield invites Design Build Contractors to present their Qualifications and a Proposal to design and build a new Police Station for the Town of Deerfield. Previous design efforts estimated the need to be 7,400 sf on one floor. The desired budget for the project is under $2M. The project has yet to receive approvals or funding from the Town.
Qualifications and Proposals are due no later than Friday, December 17, 2021 at 3:00 pm.
The selected Design Builder will be required to furnish a 100% Contract Performance Bond and a 100% Contract Payment Bond for the full amount of the construction GMP to cover the execution of the work, which shall be in conformity with the Form of Bonds requested in the Design Build Agreement AIA141 and for the GMP Contract Amount.
Design Build Contractors expecting to submit Qualifications/Proposals for the project are asked to register their intent to bid the project by emailing:

Questions may be submitted in writing until 3:00 pm December 3, 2021 and all answers will be distributed to all registered firms. No Phone calls please.
The Owner reserves the right to WAIVE all formalities and reject any and all proposals or accept any proposal for any reason they deem in the best interest of the project and the Town of Deerfield.
