Description:

The Town of Deerfield is seeking sealed bids for painting at the George B. White building. Painting shall include:

  • Main hallway, all walls
  • Offices of the Town Clerk/Tax Collector and Assessing/Building Code Officer
  • Front entrance on Route 107 side foyer, stairway leading down to Selectmen’s meeting room, stairway leading to second level.
  • Second level foyer.
  • Second level Emergency Operations Room and Former Selectmen’s meeting room.
  • Painting shall include two (2) coats, color to be provided by Town.

Please mark each bid envelope clearly with, “2017- Town Buildings- GBW Painting- 01”.

All bids must be received at the Board of Selectmen’s Office by no later than Monday, June 19, 2017 by 2:00 pm. Mail all sealed bids to “Board of Selectmen”, 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037.

The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
