Description:

The Town of Deerfield is seeking sealed bids for painting the Front Side of the Town Hall. Painting shall include:

  • Scraping, sanding and caulking all surfaces; including shutters. All loose and peeling paint shall be scraped and all holes and seams shall be caulked.
  • Shutters will be treated in the same manner as the front wall surface indicated above.
  • Priming all surfaces with an oil primer.
  • Final painting of front side surface with two (2) coats of 100% Acrylic Latex Paint.

Please mark each bid envelope clearly with, “2017- Town Buildings- Town Hall Front Painting- 02”.

All bids must be received at the Board of Selectmen’s Office by no later than Monday, June 19, 2017 by 2:00 pm. Mail all sealed bids to “Board of Selectmen”, 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037.

The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
