Description:

The Town of Deerfield in conjunction with the Deerfield School Board is seeking sealed bids for heating oil, for the 2017-2018 season for approximately 24,000 gallons of heating oil for town buildings and 14,000 gallons for the Deerfield School District Buildings. Questions concerning the Town may be directed to Mark Tibbetts, Building Maintenance Supervisor at 603-608-8720. Questions concerning the School may be directed to Mike Davis, School Maintenance Supervisor at 603-463-7422 Ext. 514.

Please mark each bid envelope clearly with, “2017- Town of Deerfield- Town Heating Oil - 04”. All bids must be received at the Board of Selectmen’s Office by no later than Tuesday, August 1, 2017 by 2:00 pm. Mail all sealed bids to “Board of Selectmen”, 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037.

The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
