TOWN OF DEERFIELD  
INVITATION TO BID

The Deerfield Board of Selectmen in conjunction with the Deerfield School Board is seeking bids for propane gas, for the 2018-2019 season for approximately 4,000 gallons of propane for town buildings and 8,300 gallons for the Deerfield School District Buildings. Questions concerning the Town may be directed to Ray Ellis, Building Maintenance Supervisor at 603-404-4287. Questions concerning the School may be directed to Mike Greenwood, School Maintenance Supervisor at 603-234-4127.

Please mark each bid envelope clearly with, “2018- Town of Deerfield- Town Propane Gas – 08”.  All bids must be received at the Board of Selectmen’s Office by no later than Monday, July 9, 2018 by 2:00 pm. Mail all sealed bids to “Board of Selectmen”, 8 Raymond Road, P.O. Box 159, Deerfield, NH 03037. The Town of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids
