Mission:
Our mission is to implement services and practices which address the challenges of aging in Deerfield.
Principles & Guidelines:
- We intend our initiatives to be durable, persisting into the future as long as they are helpful.
- We will join established regional services which are able to meet Deerfield needs. We will benefit from their experience, established policies and administrative structures.
- We will integrate new services into existing town structures, organizations and services whenever possible, building on the rich, informal culture of caring that already exists in Deerfield.
